Candidate profile
Erasmus+ placements are open to first-, second-, third- or full-time Master’s students. Internships must be in the field of your study and aimed at developing skills, learning and supporting personal development.
You must hold a student status when arranging a placement.
You are eligible if...
…you are interested in a traineeship at an organization in an Erasmus+ Programme Country.
…you are enrolled in BA, MA or doctoral degree programme.
…your traineeship is relevant to your degree-related learning and personal development needs.
…you haven’t exceeded the maximum period of 12 months of Erasmus+ funding within one cycle of study.
Internship Procedure
- Choose a company or an institution that you would like to intern at. Please note, that you are responsible for contacting the organization and initializing the traineeship.
- Following the initial talks with the organization of your choice, draft Learning Agreement for training available in documents tab. Note: The monitoring plan should involve the WNPiSM departmental coordinator.
- Once your LA is accepted by the organization forward the draft to the departmental coordinator for consultation. Once it is approved, it will be forwarded to the Head of Studies / Internship Supervisor by your coordinator.
- If there are no objections to your trainee program and it obtains a signature from the departmental coordinator and internship supervisor. Only then, LA is forwarded for the final approval of the Dean by the departmental coordinator.
- Further stages are conducted by the International Relations Office.
