Attached here you can find a pdf file with the results of this year’s recruitment for exchange programs. If you applied for an exchange, you can be listed after the album number.

VERY IMPORTANT STEPS FOR ERASMUS EXCHANGE STUDENTS
IN ORDER TO CONFIRM YOUR PLACE, FOLLOW THE STEPS DESCRIBED BELOW AND RETURN BY EMAIL TO SWZMPB@UW.EDU.PL THE COMPLETED FORM WITHIN MONDAY, 20TH MARCH 2023 2PM.
1. After logging in to USOS, go to the „for students” tab
2. Click the „student exchange” tab
3. Click the „mobilities” tab
4. Next to our trip offer, click „fill out”
5. Fill in the form „previous erasmus exchange”
6. We fill out the form with the details of the planned trip
7. Save the changes
Then the Section will validate the data entered by you (several hours after entering).
Then follow these steps
1. After logging in to usos, go to the „for students” tab
2. Click the „student exchange” tab
3. Click the „mobilities” tab
4. Next to our trip offer, click „preview”
5. Click „print form”
6. Sign the form
7. Send the scan to the address swzmpb@uw.edu.pl by 14:00 10.03.2023
FAILURE TO COMPLETE THE ABOVE PROCEDURE MAY RESULT IN CANCELLATION OF THE TRAVEL OFFER!
We also ask for e-mail information in case of resignation from the trip.
